Teamwork in the age of AI

Your Team & AI

AI is already changing how teams write, think, plan, and communicate. Your Team & AI is a practical, values-led workshop that helps your team slow down, talk honestly, and build a shared way of using AI without losing your voice, judgment, ethics, or relationships.

What’s this workshop about?

This is not a prompt engineering session. It’s not an AI adoption workshop. And it’s definitely not a productivity pep talk in a blazer.

Your Team & AI creates space for your team to think together about how AI is entering your work, where it can genuinely help, and what needs to stay human. Through reflection, conversation, and practical mapping, we help you develop shared language, clearer boundaries, and a more grounded approach to using AI as a team.

Because faster is not the same thing as better.

During the workshop you’ll:

  • Name What’s Already Happening

We’ll map where AI is already showing up in your team’s work, from writing and planning to research, communication, decision-making, and the quiet little experiments people may or may not be mentioning out loud.

  • Surface Hopes, Hesitations, and Assumptions

We’ll create room for the real conversation: what feels useful, what feels unsettling, what people are curious about, and what your team needs to discuss before AI becomes an invisible part of the workflow.

  • Clarify What Needs to Stay Human

Together, we’ll identify the parts of your work that require human judgment, relational care, lived context, voice, ethics, creativity, and accountability.

  • Build Shared Principles

We’ll help your team define a simple set of working principles for using AI in ways that reflect your values, your relationships, and the quality of work you actually want to create.

  • Practise Thoughtful Use

We’ll look at where AI can support your team without flattening your thinking, hiding assumptions, or making collaboration harder to see.

  • Leave With a Shared Way Forward

You’ll leave with clearer language, practical agreements, and a grounded next step for working with AI together, not just individually and invisibly.

Why We Built This

We built this because AI is changing more than tasks. It’s changing how people think together. When AI is used privately, quickly, or without shared context, it can flatten voice, hide assumptions, blur authorship, and make collaboration harder to see. We care about the human part of the work, so that’s where this workshop begins.

You don’t need a polished brief or a clear plan. If something feels tangled, charged, or ready to shift, a conversation is a good place to start. Bring us the website, the workshop, the naming question, the story knot, or the bigger project you’re still trying to name.
