A good ear. A steady hand.
Jarren notices how a conversation is landing. Who has gone quiet. Which question needs a little more room. What a team needs to understand before it can make a decision. As Harc’s Executive Director, he brings that attention to the relationships and practical work behind each project.
Jarren knows what it feels like to be in a room where only some parts of you seem welcome. That experience shaped his attention to who gets heard and how people find room to contribute as themselves. His work as a leadership coach deepened that listening practice. At Harc, he brings it to the people around the project table, making space for different perspectives while keeping a shared purpose in view.
Someone has to help the good idea happen.
Jarren leads client relationships and project stewardship. He keeps track of what has been promised, who needs to be involved and how the decisions fit together. He helps teams carry creative work through their own organizations, with the logistics and communication that takes.
That work is relational and practical in equal measure. The brilliant idea still needs a decision. The decision needs the right people. And the project needs someone paying attention to how everyone gets from here to there.
Alongside Parker, Jarren helps Harc’s work hold together from the first conversation through to its life in the world. He brings care, perspective and a quiet insistence that the people inside the process matter.
