Team & Culture Workshop

What’s Alignment Got to Do With It?

Alignment isn’t a slogan. It’s what happens when an org’s values, voice, and vision actually line up — not just on paper, but in practice.

Book Exploratory Call

What’s this workshop about?

This workshop creates space for teams like yours to reflect on what alignment means to them, how to spot when it’s missing, and how to build it in ways that feel human and lasting. Through story, humour, and collective reflection, we explore what aligned culture really looks like — and how to nurture it together.

Because when people feel aligned, they show up differently.

During the workshop you’ll:

  • Reflect on Alignment

We’ll look at the moments when you’ve felt most and least aligned at work, and dig into what those experiences can teach you about how you want to work moving forward.

  • Spot What’s Helping (and What’s in the Way)

We’ll name the factors that support alignment in your team, as well as the subtle or not-so-subtle things that throw it off.

  • Explore Shared Ground

We’ll surface your team’s shared values, unspoken norms, and the ways clear communication can create more trust and ease.

  • Name Tension Without Blame

We’ll practise having honest conversations about friction in a way that keeps relationships intact and builds cohesion.

  • Apply It to Real Life

We’ll work with your actual team dynamics — not hypotheticals — so the alignment practices you leave with are already grounded in your reality.

Why We Built This

We built this because we’ve been there — in teams where everything sounds aligned, but doesn’t feel that way. We’ve watched amazing humans burn out because they were bending themselves into shapes that didn’t fit. And we’ve seen how much more ease (and joy) becomes possible when people are working from the same page — not just the same playbook.

Let’s talk.

You don’t need a polished brief or a clear plan. If something feels tangled, charged, or ready to shift, a conversation is a good place to start.
