Workshops & Convenings

Where people come back into presence, together.

We design and host gatherings that help groups reconnect, not just to ideas, but to themselves and each other. These are spaces where attention sharpens, honesty becomes possible, and something shared begins to move.

Our Approach

We take gathering seriously.

A well-designed convening can shift how people listen, speak, and relate long after the session ends. That’s why we treat workshops not as events, but as containers, carefully shaped to support presence, participation, and trust.

Our approach draws on years of facilitation practice, relational work, and creative experimentation. We use conversation design, improvisational techniques, and relational exercises to gently disrupt default patterns and invite people into fuller engagement.

There’s structure here, but it’s in service of aliveness. There’s intention, but not rigidity.

And there’s always room for what wants to emerge.

DURING THESE GATHERINGS, YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Purposeful gathering design: Every element, from how people arrive to how they leave, is considered with care.
  • Relational activation: Practices that invite real connection, not surface-level networking.
  • Creative facilitation: Use of story, play, reflection, and dialogue to animate the room.
  • Collective presence: Moments where the group slows down enough to actually think together.
  • Meaningful movement: Not just insight, but a felt shift in energy, clarity, or direction.

WHY HARC?

Harc brings a deeply relational, creative, and grounded approach to group work. We know how to hold rooms where people feel safe enough to show up as themselves, and supported enough to take small risks in how they speak and listen.

Our convenings are often described as energizing, connective, and unexpectedly meaningful. People leave feeling clearer, more connected, and more trusting of what they already know. Most of the time, they even have fun.

That’s not accidental. It’s the result of careful design, practiced presence, and a genuine belief that how we gather shapes what becomes possible next.
