Through a series of facilitated strategy sessions, we helped Candace define and articulate Talaysay’s brand strategy—clarifying what makes the business unique, how to communicate its value, and how to ensure that every part of the company reflects its core values. From there, we worked together to fine-tune leadership practices, set clearer expectations for her team, and develop policies that felt aligned with Talaysay’s mission.
