Parker McLean he/him
Tenderhearted and confident, Parker leads our collaborators through creative risk-taking and strategic development with equal parts heart, head and humour.
Parker’s fascination with human expression began with a childhood speech difference that required therapy and adaptation. This process sparked within him a curiosity and passion for linguistics, which he studied at the University of British Columbia before pivoting to design and communications.
Parker has worked for several creative agencies, overseeing design projects for organizations like the United Nations, CBC, Rockefeller Foundation, and Ontario Health. The knowledge he gained from these projects inspired him to found an agency that draws from his unique perspective and depth of experience.
The relentless optimism with which he approaches life also informs his professional process. To Parker, brand design is like speech therapy for clients; you don’t change their voice – you merely give them the tools and confidence to express themselves clearly.
