What’s this workshop about?

This is a workshop for folks who’ve felt like they have to shrink, edit, or polish themselves to be taken seriously. If you’ve ever been told to tone it down, clean it up, or sound more professional, this is your permission slip to try something different.

No Filter Needed helps you centre truth in your brand, with clarity and confidence, even if you’re still figuring out what you have to say.

During the workshop you’ll:

  • Get Clear on What’s Real

    We’ll sort through what’s true in your business — the parts worth sharing, the parts to hold close, and how to tell the difference.

  • Talk Without Over-Explaining

    We’ll practise sharing your work in a way that’s natural and concise, without feeling like you have to justify every detail.

  • Sound Like Yourself

    We’ll try on ways of speaking that actually feel like you, so your brand voice reflects your real voice.

  • Play With Braver Language

    We’ll experiment with bolder, more honest ways of telling your story, without the pressure to “get it right” on the first try.

  • Notice Where You’ve Been Filtering

    We’ll look at the places you’ve been holding back or polishing too much — and explore what happens when you don’t.

Why We Built This

We’ve been in enough board rooms to know: most of the time, what’s missing in brand isn’t clarity, it’s permission. Permission to sound like yourself, permission to say what’s actually happening, or permission to build a brand that can grow with you. We get it, because we’ve been there.
We built No Filter Needed to create a space where all of that is welcome, and where small acts of honesty are what create big momentum.
