We Are Harc

This is what it sounds like when things align.

People tend to tell us the truth. Not because we push for it, but because we make room. Our work is about listening well, naming what matters, and helping people express themselves in ways that feel honest, grounded, and alive.

The ground we stand on

Our individual stories matter because they are not separate from the work. They are the soil it grew in. Harc took shape over time, through conversation, partnership, and a shared sense that there was another way to do this work, one rooted in presence rather than performance.

Jarren MacDougall

Partner & Creative Facilitator

Jarren is a listener by nature and by practice. Growing up queer in a fundamentalist Christian environment taught him early how much safety matters, and how powerful it can be when someone is truly heard. Over time, listening became his craft. One shaped by care, patience, and a deep respect for people’s inner lives.

As an executive coach, Jarren creates spaces where people can slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with what matters most to them. He brings steadiness, warmth, and a quietly expansive presence to his work, helping individuals and teams find clarity without force and alignment without performance.

Parker Green McLean

Partner & Creative Facilitator

Parker has always been fascinated by voice. Born with a speech difference and shaped by environments where sounding or looking different came at a cost, he learned early how much expression, language, and tone shape belonging. That attentiveness grew into a career in branding and design, and a refusal to settle for surface level work.

Parker helps people uncover what is already true and express it with clarity, confidence, and heart. He brings creativity, candour, and a strong sense of possibility to every project, inviting clients to sound like themselves, not a version of who they think they should be.

What we built together

Harc began at the point where our work and our lives started asking the same questions.

After years of listening in very different contexts, one of us through coaching and space-holding, the other through branding and creative work, we noticed the same thing again and again. People were thoughtful, capable, and deeply invested in what they were building, yet disconnected from how it sounded and felt. Not because they lacked vision, but because they had never been given the space to slow down and listen to themselves.

So we created that space.

We started bringing coaching and creative work into the same room and letting listening lead. No performance. No polish for its own sake. Just careful attention, honest conversation, and the trust that clarity would follow.

What emerged felt quietly obvious. When people feel heard, alignment happens. When alignment happens, expression becomes easier. That is the work we continue to build together.

You don’t need a polished brief or a clear plan. If something feels tangled, charged, or ready to shift, a conversation is a good place to start.
