Listening Circle

for leaders who need a place to be heard

When you carry a lot, it’s easy to forget how good it feels to be listened to. Listening Circle is a space where leaders, change makers, and community builders can come as they are, speak honestly, and be met with presence. No titles, no pretence—just the relief of being heard.

Why You Might Want This

We’ve noticed something in our work, and in our own lives too: leaders, change makers, and community builders often hold more than they let on. The load can feel heavy, the pace unrelenting, and the space to be real almost non-existent.

That’s why Listening Circle exists. It’s a place to bring what’s on your heart—whether that’s a challenge, a small win, or just the truth of how you’re feeling—and have it honoured without judgement.

People who join often say they leave with:

  • A clearer sense of their own voice
  • Relief in not having to carry it alone
  • Real connections that feel steady, not performative
  • Courage to speak honestly, without needing to polish or perform

Our Approach

Listening Circle is simple by design. For 75 minutes, we gather on Zoom in a format that makes space for every voice. You can share what feels real, or you can simply listen. Both are welcome, both are enough.

What makes it different is the quality of attention. When you’re truly heard, you hear yourself more clearly too.

What’s in It for Us?

Honestly, not much—at least not in the way you might expect. Listening Circle isn’t a pipeline or a pitch. It’s not about conversion, leads, or extracting your attention. What we get from this is heart connection—with the people who gather and with ourselves.

Over time, we’ve found that the more layers of ourselves we bring into our work, the more human it feels. And when it feels human, our ideas get stronger, our collaborations get clearer, and our projects come alive.

Listening Circle is part of how we give back. Not as experts in convening, but as practitioners who keep learning. This is one way we use the gifts we’ve grown to contribute to our community. It’s how we remind ourselves that creativity, business, and relationship all grow deeper when they’re rooted in listening. It’s that simple.

Why Us?

We’ve sat with leaders across industries, and one truth keeps surfacing: when people feel heard, they reconnect with their own wisdom.

At Harc, listening is our craft. We don’t rush to fill space or rely on advice. We create containers where story, honesty, and presence have room to breathe. That’s why Listening Circle feels different—it isn’t another meeting, it’s a practice of being human together.

Invitation

This isn’t about joining something exclusive. It’s about leaning closer, being heard, and remembering you’re not in it alone.

Lean closer. You’re welcome here.

Upcoming Circles:

  • Tuesday, September 23 | 10:00-11:15am Pacific Register
  • Tuesday, October 14 | 10:00-11:15am Pacific Register
  • Tuesday, November 18 | 10:00-11:15am Pacific Register

I thought it would just be another meeting I had to prepare for. Instead, it became a chance to take off my Executive Director hat and show up as I am and actually hear myself. Even when I didn’t share, listening to others made me feel less alone.
